What is the cost to the company?
PagCorp's Flexible Benefits solution has no monthly fee for the company. The model is designed to simplify HR management with zero cost and complete legal security.
Is the card registered in the employee's name?
Yes. Each card is linked to a CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number). This ensures secure use, transaction traceability, and integration with the PagCorp Benefits app.
How do I request an invoice for my orders?
The request is made directly through the PagCorp system. Simply access your benefits request history and select the desired request. The issuance is processed by the responsible team and sent to the registered email address.
Can the employee transfer balance between categories?
No. To ensure compliance with the PAT (Worker's Food Program) and maintain the company's legal security, balances cannot be moved between categories. Each benefit can only be used within its corresponding usage group.
How are benefits loaded onto the cards?
The HR department uploads a spreadsheet to the system with the employees, categories, and values defined for the month. After the order is paid, the balance is automatically distributed to each card and becomes available immediately.
